hot-plug on IDE: high-point 154x has 2 external connectors ( i have ext. enclosure hpt 1100)

idectl is all about issuing: hdparm -R port 0 0 ide-disk-device and hdparm -U number ide-disk-device

• ide-disk-device is not necessarily on the same controller. I don't understand why.
• i use the hpt36x module (in 2.4.2x)
• the port is 0xHEXNUMBER, where HEXNUMBER is the first seen in

grep hd /proc/ioports
